Craig Stover, Senior Director of New Nuclear Deployment
Craig brings extensive experience in advancing nuclear technology and leading high-impact teams. Previously, he played a pivotal role at SCANA on the VC Summer Project, contributing to the successful licensing of the AP1000 reactors. At EPRI, Craig led the Advanced Nuclear Technology program, growing the team from 3 to 20 and expanding industry partnerships from 30 to 99 companies. He also co-led the Advanced Reactor Roadmap Implementation Board, helping align industry resources on key advanced reactor initiatives.
In this new role at Dominion Engineering, Craig will build and lead a practice area focused on supporting reactor developers, utilities, and industrial end users in bringing new nuclear plants online. He is particularly motivated by the energy transformation underway and the unprecedented demand for nuclear energy.
Craig’s experiences extend beyond the professional realm—he lived in Vienna, Austria for two years as a child while his father worked for the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), and he enjoys golf and cheering on college football. His guiding principle is: “Ability is what you’re capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.” – Lou Holtz
