Dominion Engineering, Inc. (Dominion), an Allied Power company is seeking an engineer with 0 to 10 years of experience and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in materials engineering, including those graduating by August 2026. The candidate will be responsible for performing engineering and technical tasks, under general supervision, in support of materials engineering consulting for nuclear plant operations. Analysis areas include corrosion evaluation, fracture mechanics, microstructural characterization, as well as developing and executing lab test programs. In addition to performing various engineering analyses, the responsibilities of this position include drafting of reports documenting analyses, as well as working with other Dominion subject matter experts and engineers to produce various types of related assessment and guidance documents for industry clients.
