Mr. Pellman manages DEI’s Applied Engineering and Research Center where DEI develops and qualifies specialized equipment and chemical processes for maintenance activities at nuclear facilities, and also conducts experimental test programs on behalf of EPRI, commercial nuclear utilities and suppliers, and Government clients.
Mr. Pellman’s responsibilities include integration and execution of these programs, including coordination of resources and logistics. Mr. Pellman is also an expert in materials examination and characterization techniques and laboratory instrumentation, and he provides critical scientific expertise in support of DEI projects.
Mr. Pellman joined DEI in 1998 after completing his M.S. in Biotechnology at the Johns Hopkins University. He obtained his B.S. in Biology from Duke University in 1993.
